Discipleship Training School (DTS)
Snowboarders Discipleship Training School (SDTS)
At YWAM Vancouver, we believe that discipleship is the core of everything we do in YWAM. As such, we place a high priority on discipling others while also maintaining a mindset of being discipled. We have a strong pioneering spirit and welcome and support those who have a desire to see the dreams that God has placed in them come to life. In order to keep our pioneers strong and healthy, we also highly value those who are gifted in creating healthy and sustainable environments within our community.
We are a smaller base, so we have the ability to be more relational in how we operate. We value the individuality and uniqueness of our staff, acknowledging that each of them has a story, a perspective, and gifts to bring to the kingdom of God.
