WHAT IS
MEMBER CARE?

Member care is the ongoing investment of resources for the nurture and development of mission/aid personnel. We focus on every person who is involved in mission or aid, including children and home office staff. Member care reflects our commitment to truth, peace, and to love one another.

I love being a resource to our missionaries to help them be effective and resilient in their ministries. I haven't been called to do what they have, but I can help them fulfill the calling that Jesus has given them through body, soul, and spirit care.

I have been with YWAM since 1999, and have worked in many countries. As a trained Life Coach and Spiritual Director, I have the privilege of supporting missionaries in their relationship with God so they can thrive while in missions.

We love Jesus and we love people!
We joined YWAM in the Philippines in 1988 and have been with Vancouver since 2008. Our main focuses are leadership development, mobilization, and member care.
